Diwali Corporate Gifting Guide for HR Teams (2026)
Diwali 2026 falls on 8 November. For HR, admin and procurement, the hard part is not finding a hamper. It is fixing a budget per head, getting a logo onto the box, and landing every hamper before the festive week. Planning timeline
Count backwards from 8 November 2026. Diwali and the 15 October confirmation date do not move. Production takes 10 working days after mockup approval, which is what puts dispatch ahead of the festival.
Send the budget per head, the quantity and the deadline on WhatsApp. We reply within 30 minutes during business hours. Mockups go out within 24 hours, with your logo on the hamper and the price written per unit plus 18% GST. A 50% advance starts production. The balance is paid before dispatch.

Budgets per head
Every catalogue price is per hamper plus 18% GST. HR teams usually split the company into three bands. These are the same bands on the Diwali corporate gifts page. The 20 ready hampers sit inside them, from ₹904 to ₹6,417.

Mixing hampers in one order lets a single purchase order cover employees, clients and a shorter leadership list. The minimum stays 50 hampers for the order.
Finance should approve the GST-inclusive figure. On the Diwali page, ₹1,627 + 18% GST comes to ₹1,919.86 per hamper. Wider kits, outside this list, run from ₹250 to ₹10,000 per kit, still plus 18% GST.

The hampers people keep are matched to the recipient, with branding on the packaging rather than a sticker on the lid. Six of the twenty on the priced list show how the bands look. Each price is per hamper plus 18% GST.

Pick the tier first. Employee lists stay between ₹904 and ₹1,500, client lists between ₹1,500 and ₹8,000, and leadership gifts start at ₹5,000. If two options are close, choose what the person will still use in January.
Seed-paper cards, jute pouches, bamboo stationery and plantable diyas sit in every budget tier. Eco-friendly corporate gifts — bamboo, jute, canvas, cork and seed pencils — are branded in-house. Eco pieces run from ₹150 to ₹2,500 per unit at volume, plus 18% GST, minimum 50.
Branding
UV printing, laser engraving and custom packaging happen under one roof in Sudhama Nagar, not at a third-party printer. UV printing puts the logo in full colour on the box lid. Laser engraving adds a logo or name to steel, glass and metal. The logo can also go on the ribbon and the label, with a greeting card inside every hamper.
You approve a mockup before production. We check the first pieces and send photo updates. The same floor makes employee joining kits, so a hamper and a joining kit can share one brief. Joining kits take 5–7 business days after artwork approval, or 2–3 days on ready stock.

GST invoicing
Every Diwali price is per hamper plus 18% GST, and every order gets a GST invoice. The legal name is Saif Gifting Solutions LLP. The GSTIN is 29ADYFS6741D1ZE. Use ₹1,627 + 18% GST = ₹1,919.86 per hamper when you brief finance, and multiply the inclusive rate by headcount. The base price on the hamper page is not the amount on the invoice.
A 50% advance starts production after mockup approval. The other 50% is due before dispatch. Production is 10 working days after approval. Above ₹50,000, a dedicated account manager takes the order. The same per-unit-plus-GST rule applies if the order also includes joining kits, diaries or an eco line.
The mockup alone is not the confirmation. Confirmation is the approved mockup plus the 50% advance, in time for 10 working days of production before 8 November.
Logistics and multi-city dispatch
Diwali lists are rarely one office. We dispatch to multiple cities and to individual addresses across India, with tracking, timed to arrive before the break. Bengaluru drops leave from Sudhama Nagar and usually go the same week. Other cities ride the same production batch, then a tracked shipment to the office or the home.
Build the address file before you confirm. For each person we need the name, mobile number, full address, and whether the drop is an office or a home. Individual-address dispatch is a standard service, the same model used when a joining kit has to reach a new hire on day one. Colleagues in other cities can receive the same hamper as the Bengaluru office without a second logistics vendor.
Overseas addresses stay on the same order. DDP means duties are settled before delivery. Transit to the USA, UK and Europe is 8–10 days, with the commercial invoice, HS codes and EORI handled.
