Delivery in Bangalore, and outside the city
A Bangalore order can go to one office or to individual home addresses across Bengaluru, with tracking. The same invoice can cover pan-India dispatch when people sit in more than one city. Bulk drops to an office include proof-of-delivery photos.
Teams that hire through the month do not have to raise a new joining-kit order for every batch. You approve the kit once. The first stock run is 100 kits, held at the workshop and dispatched weekly or monthly as HR sends addresses. Replenishment starts at 50 units. Infosys onboarding kits from this workshop — branded notebooks, insulated steel bottles and organiser cases — have gone to batches in more than one city, with same-week production and delivery on repeat orders.
Say in the first brief if any address is outside India. Shipping to the USA, UK and Europe is DDP and takes 8–10 days, with customs paperwork handled: commercial invoices, HS codes and EORI. One order of 50 units or more can be split between Indian addresses and overseas offices, so a Bengaluru team and an office in London or San Francisco receive the same kit. Branding done in the Sudhama Nagar workshop

You approve a mockup, with your logo rendered on the real product, before anything is made. We check the first pieces, then run the batch, and send photo updates while production is in progress. A reprint is handled on the machines in this building.

How long a Bangalore order takes

Employee joining kits take 5–7 business days after artwork approval. An urgent joining kit made from existing stock can dispatch in 2–3 days. For an event in India, same-week production is possible: send the event date and the quantity, and we will tell you whether that date is achievable before you commit. If any addresses are in the USA, UK or Europe, add 8–10 days of transit on top of production.
