Shipping branded gifts out of India is where most gifting vendors quietly fail. Making the product is the easy part. The hard parts are the commercial invoice, the HS codes, the EORI requirement for European deliveries, the import duty, and a delivery date that can't move because an event or an office celebration is already booked. We built our international operation around exactly that paperwork. Every gift is produced and branded in-house at our facility in Sudhama Nagar, Bengaluru. We then ship it DDP (delivered duty paid) to the USA, the UK, Germany and the rest of Europe in 8–10 days.
Our first DHL exports to the USA and Europe went out in 2022. Since then we have delivered conference kits for Infosys at Snowflake Summit and Databricks Data+AI Summit in San Francisco, event gifting for INMA World Congress in Berlin, and corporate gifts to teams in London, Berlin, San Francisco and Fort Worth. International transit to the USA, UK and Europe takes 8–10 days. That is a commitment we plan against, not a loose estimate. Production happens first, in our own Bengaluru facility, so the full timeline looks like this:

If your event date is fixed, tell us on day one. We plan production and dispatch backwards from that date and tell you honestly whether it is achievable before you pay anything. Order by 10 December 2026 for Christmas delivery.
Some product types follow extra rules in certain countries. We flag these at the mockup stage so nothing is stopped at customs.
You don't need separate vendors for your India and overseas teams. One order (minimum 50 units) can be split across Indian and international addresses. Indian addresses get tracked pan-India dispatch, including to individual homes, and overseas offices get DDP delivery. Everyone receives the same kit, with the same branding, in the same week. International orders leave no slack. A trader who outsources branding loses days waiting on a third-party printer, and those days come straight out of your transit buffer. We do UV printing, laser engraving and custom packaging under one roof in Bengaluru. We approve every mockup ourselves, check the first pieces before running the full batch, and send photo updates during production.

How long does international delivery of corporate gifts from India take? International transit to the USA, UK and Europe takes 8–10 days. Tell us the date the gifts must be in hand and we plan production and dispatch backwards from that deadline.
Do recipients abroad have to pay customs duty? No. We ship DDP (delivered duty paid), so duties and taxes are settled before delivery and the recipient pays nothing at the door.
Who handles the customs paperwork? We do. We prepare the commercial invoice, classify every item under the correct HS code and handle EORI requirements for UK and EU deliveries. You approve the kit; we handle the border.

What is the minimum order and how is it priced? The minimum order is 50 units. Prices are quoted per unit plus 18% GST with a GST invoice. We take a 50% advance to start production, and the balance is due before dispatch.
