A corporate gift hamper is a packed box for a person, not a loose catalogue of products. HR uses it for a festival. Admin uses it to thank a client. The box, the contents and the logo have to match the brief, and the same hamper has to reach people who do not sit in one office. Saif Gifting Solutions LLP packs those hampers in its workshop at Sudhama Nagar, Bengaluru. UV printing and laser engraving are done in the building. The minimum order is 50 hampers. A mockup is ready within 24 hours. There is no design fee at the mockup stage.

Diwali hampers

The priced list is Diwali hampers with prices. There are 20 ready hampers, from ₹904 to ₹6,417 + 18% GST. The minimum is 50 hampers, and you can mix hampers in one order. Diwali orders are still open. The last order date for pre-Diwali delivery is 31 October 2026, subject to availability and production time. Diwali is 8 November 2026. Production on the priced hamper page is stated as 10 working days after you approve the mockup and pay the advance. Branding is a UV-printed logo on the box, or laser engraving on suitable items, plus a printed greeting card if you want one. You approve the mockup before production.

Christmas hampers

The Christmas range is 35 hampers for teams and clients in India, and for overseas offices when the brief includes them. Every Christmas hamper on Christmas corporate gifts is price on request (min. 50 units). This page does not add a rupee figure. Order by 10 December 2026 for Christmas delivery. You can mix hampers in one order as long as the total is at least 50.

The photographs on the Christmas page show each hamper outside, inside and labelled, with generic product names. Branding is the same workshop process: UV print on the box or laser engraving on suitable items, and a greeting card if you ask for one. A Christmas catalogue PDF is linked from that page. New Year hampers

New Year corporate gifts lists 6 hampers for 2027. They are price on request (min. 50 units). Production takes 10 working days after mockup approval. Client thank-you hampers

Ideas for a thank-you that is not tied to one season are in client appreciation gift ideas.

A thank-you hamper is not a fourth secret catalogue. It uses the same boxes and the same branding. Teams pick a Diwali, Christmas or New Year hamper outside the festival, or ask for a desk set when the occasion is a closed deal rather than a date on the calendar. The desk-side pieces — a diary, a bottle, a notebook — are branded as customized corporate gifts. If the thank-you is for a new hire, use employee joining kits instead of a festival hamper. The kit has a name card and a different packing spec.

Say who opens the box. A client hamper can carry a heavier rigid box and a greeting card. An employee hamper often needs to travel to a home address and survive a courier. Both are packed in Sudhama Nagar. The logo is applied before the box is closed.

Branding, delivery and the invoice

You approve a mockup before we produce. UV printing covers full-colour logos on the box. Laser engraving covers a permanent mark on steel, glass, wood, metal or vegan leather when the hamper includes those materials. A printed greeting card can go in every box. Photo updates go out while the batch is in production.

Delivery is pan-India, to one office or to individual addresses, with tracking. Local Bengaluru orders typically dispatch the same week after mockup approval. Production starts on a 50% advance. The balance is due before dispatch. Every order includes a GST invoice from Saif Gifting Solutions LLP, GSTIN 29ADYFS6741D1ZE. 1. Name the occasion and the quantity. Diwali, Christmas, New Year or a client thank-you. Minimum 50. WhatsApp the date the first box must arrive.
2. Review the mockup. Within 24 hours: your logo on the box, and a per-unit price plus 18% GST where a price is published. Christmas and New Year prices are quoted on request. No design fee.
3. We pack in Sudhama Nagar. A 50% advance starts production. The balance is due before dispatch.
4. We deliver. One office, homes across India, or a split with an overseas office. Tracking on each shipment.
