A client appreciation gift is the box you send when a contract closes, a year of work ends, or a festival is the excuse to say thank you. The mistake is to pick the object before you know who opens it and when it must arrive. This note lists the options this workshop actually packs, and the rules on price. It does not rank gifts, and it does not rank companies.

Three shapes of thank-you
A hamper. A packed box for a festival or a formal thank-you. The hub is corporate gift hampers. Diwali uses published prices. Christmas and New Year do not.

A diary for the year ahead. 2027 diaries and calendars start at ₹133 + 18% GST on orders of 50 or more, with the logo included. Confirm India orders by 1 December and overseas orders by 15 November. A diary is a clean thank-you when the relationship is ongoing and a festival box would feel late.
If the thank-you is for Diwali
Use Diwali hampers with prices. Twenty hampers run from ₹904 to ₹6,417 + 18% GST. The minimum is 50, and you can mix hampers in one order. Employee hampers on the wider guide sit around ₹904–₹1,500, client hampers around ₹1,500–₹8,000, and leadership gifts from ₹5,000 upward, all plus 18% GST. The published ceiling on the hamper list is ₹6,417. The last order date for pre-Diwali delivery is 31 October 2026. Diwali is 8 November 2026. If the thank-you is for Christmas or New Year
Christmas corporate gifts are 35 hampers. New Year corporate gifts are 6 hampers for 2027. Both are price on request (min. 50 units). This page will not invent a rupee price for either. Order Christmas hampers by 10 December 2026. New Year production takes 10 working days after mockup approval. You can mix hampers within one season if the total is at least 50.
The same branding rules apply: logo on the box, engraving where the material allows, and a greeting card if you ask for one. You approve a mockup within 24 hours. There is no design fee for the mockup. The date comparison is the Diwali and Christmas timeline.
Who opens the box
A client can receive a heavier rigid box and a card. An employee thank-you often has to reach a home and survive a courier. Both are packed in the same workshop. Write the address type in the first message: one office, homes in Bengaluru (including Whitefield, the Outer Ring Road, Electronic City, Manyata and Koramangala), homes in other Indian cities, or an overseas office.

How to choose without a ranking
Write the occasion on the brief in one word: Diwali, Christmas, New Year, or a closed deal with no festival attached. The word picks the price rule. Diwali can be quoted from the published list, ₹904 to ₹6,417 + 18% GST. Christmas and New Year cannot. A closed deal with no festival is usually a diary, a bottle or a five-piece desk set, priced at your quantity plus 18% GST, inside the ₹250 to ₹10,000 kit band when it is packed as a kit.
Then write one sentence on what the person should still be using in March. A hamper is for the week it arrives. A diary and a bottle are for the year. If you cannot answer that sentence, do not add more items. A heavier box is not a better thank-you. It is only a heavier courier.
Send the logo and the quantity together. Fifty is the minimum. The mockup comes back within 24 hours with your logo on the real product. Approve it, pay the 50% advance, and the balance before dispatch. If the thank-you is late because the logo sat in a thread for a week, the festival date will not move. For Christmas that means the 10 December 2026 order-by date. For Diwali it means 31 October 2026 for pre-Diwali delivery.
