We produce everything in-house at our Bengaluru facility: UV printing on notebooks and packaging, laser engraving on metal bottles and tech accessories, and custom rigid box assembly. What makes a joining kit worth photographing

Three things determine whether a kit gets posted on LinkedIn or buried in a drawer: the unboxing experience, the quality of the hero product, and whether the personalisation feels deliberate. We focus on all three.

The packaging

Rigid boxes with a magnetic closure, a branded tissue paper layer, and a custom insert card with the employee's name printed on it. This costs a few hundred rupees more per kit but is responsible for most of the LinkedIn posts. Soft pouches and poly bags produce neither excitement nor content.

The hero product

Every great joining kit has one item the employee will actually use at their desk every day. An insulated bottle or tumbler with laser-engraved branding sits on the desk for years. A quality notebook goes into every meeting. A wireless charging pad stays on the desk permanently. The branding depth

Your logo on the box lid is table stakes. We go further: your brand colours on the tissue paper, your tagline on the insert card, and your logo laser-engraved directly onto the bottle — not a sticker, not a paper wrap. The branding survives daily use, which is exactly the point.

Rolling onboarding — stock-and-dispatch model

Companies hiring continuously — IT firms, BPOs, retail chains — cannot place a new order every time a batch joins. We offer a stock-and-dispatch model: you approve the kit design once, we produce a bulk run, hold the branded inventory in our facility, and dispatch weekly or monthly as your HR team sends us the hire list with individual addresses. Each hire gets their kit at their home address, tracked, on the day they join.

This eliminates the three-week lead time on every new batch and means your 50th hire in a month gets the same first-day experience as your first. Minimum initial stock run is 100 kits; replenishment from 50 units.

Pan-India delivery for distributed teams

Remote and hybrid hiring is now the norm for most mid-size and enterprise companies. We handle individual-address dispatch across India with full tracking — your Bhopal hire, your Kochi hire, and your Gurugram hire all receive the same kit, the same week, at their home address. No separate logistics vendor to coordinate, no separate packaging to manage. We invoice once, dispatch nationwide.
