The pieces we assemble most often are an A5 branded notebook and pen, an insulated steel bottle, a welcome card with the employee's name, and a kraft or rigid box. That is the entry tier, typically ₹500 to ₹1,200 per kit, inside the wider range most companies spend of ₹500 to ₹5,000.
The box does the talking. A rigid box with a magnetic closure, branded tissue and a custom insert is what people photograph. A poly bag does not. UV printing on the notebook and the box lid, and laser engraving on the bottle, are done in the Sudhama Nagar workshop before the kit is closed. You approve a mockup, with your logo on the real products, within 24 hours. There is no design fee at that stage.
For a single office in Bengaluru, a welcome-kit order follows the usual local timeline: dispatch in the same week after you approve the mockup. If the hire list includes homes in other cities, we pack the same kit and send it with tracking. The minimum order is 50 kits. Ready-stock items can go lower when the date is urgent, and an urgent kit made from existing stock can dispatch in 2–3 days. Standard production is 5–7 business days after artwork approval.
Choose a welcome kit when you want one consistent unboxing and you do not need a laptop stand, a charger or a folio. If the logo should appear only on the bottle and the notebook, say so in the first WhatsApp message. We will not add pieces to hit a price.
An onboarding kit is the fuller set: the welcome pieces, plus the items a person uses through the first weeks. Mid-level kits, typically ₹1,500 to ₹3,000, add a vacuum-insulated tumbler, a tech accessory such as an organiser, and a rigid box with a branded sleeve. Leadership kits, typically ₹3,000 to ₹5,000, add a vegan leather folio, a laser-engraved bottle, a wireless charger or earbuds, and a premium rigid box with ribbon. These bands sit inside the workshop's wider kit range of ₹250 to ₹10,000.
HR teams use an onboarding kit when the cohort is mixed: campus hires, lateral hires and a smaller leadership group. You can run two or three tiers in one order, as long as the total is at least 50 kits. Each tier gets its own mockup. The invoice is still one GST invoice from Saif Gifting Solutions LLP, GSTIN 29ADYFS6741D1ZE. Production starts on a 50% advance. The balance is due before dispatch.
Companies that hire every week do not raise a new order for every batch. The stock-and-dispatch model starts with an initial run of 100 kits, held at the Bengaluru workshop. HR sends the hire list with individual addresses, and we dispatch weekly or monthly. Replenishment starts at 50 units. A person joining in Bhopal, Pune, Chennai, Kochi or Gurugram receives the same kit as a person joining in Bengaluru, with tracking. That is pan-India dispatch, not a different kit for each city.
