Engraving vs printing: which to choose

Laser engraving burns your logo into vegan leather, wood or metal. It is single-tone, does not wear off and reads as premium, which is why it suits client and leadership diaries. Full-colour UV printing reproduces your exact brand colours and suits bright logos and larger employee orders. Both run in our own facility, as does calendar printing, so we check the first pieces before running the full batch. Individual names can be engraved next to your logo at the same time.

Timing for the new year

Production takes 10 working days after you approve mockups and pay a 50% advance. Diaries and calendars are seasonal, and December production slots fill with Christmas and year-end orders, so for delivery before 1 January confirm your order by 1 December. If some diaries are going to overseas offices, confirm by 15 November to allow for 8–10 days of international transit and customs. How an order runs

• Share quantity, budget per person, delivery addresses and deadline on WhatsApp or email.
• We send mockups with your logo, and recipient names if you want them.
• Production runs for 10 working days after approval and a 50% advance.
• The balance is due before dispatch. Prices are quoted per unit plus 18% GST, with a GST invoice.
• We dispatch with tracking to offices or individual addresses across India, and ship DDP to the USA, UK and Europe.

Common questions

When should we order corporate diaries and calendars for 2027? Confirm by 1 December for delivery before the new year. Overseas offices need orders confirmed by 15 November.

Should we choose a dated 2027 diary or an undated journal? Dated diaries suit teams that plan by the day. Undated journals stay useful all year, so they also work for joining kits and events after January.

How is the logo applied to the diary? Laser engraved on vegan leather, wood or metal covers, or UV printed in full colour. Both are done in-house, and you approve a mockup first.

What is the minimum order for corporate diaries? 50 units per order. Diaries, calendars and pens can be combined in one order and packed as a set.
