What we collect

When you request a quote through our website, a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, WhatsApp, phone or email, we collect the details you give us: name, company, work email, phone number, order quantity, budget, delivery city and date, and any message you add. For delivery we may also receive recipient names and addresses from you.

Our website may use Google and Meta measurement tools that record visits and form submissions so we can tell which advertising works.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send quotes and mockups, and follow up on that enquiry.
To produce, invoice and deliver your order.
To measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only service providers needed to run the business: website and form hosting (Netlify), advertising and analytics platforms (Google, Meta), our accounting system, and courier partners for delivery.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months. Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or stop contacting you, by emailing daniyal@saifgifting.com. We handle requests in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
