A customized corporate gift is a product your team will use, with your logo applied before it leaves the workshop. Saif Gifting Solutions LLP does that UV printing and laser engraving in-house at 4/4, Ground Floor, 1st Cross, Annipura Main Road, Sudhama Nagar, Bengaluru 560027. The minimum order is 50 units. You see a mockup, with your logo on the real product, within 24 hours. There is no design fee, and no commitment, until you approve.

The company was founded in 2019. For 5 years the same workshop has handled Infosys's international gift dispatch, with door delivery within 10 days of gift finalisation. Branded notebooks, insulated steel bottles and organiser cases from this floor have also gone out as Infosys onboarding kits. Two ways to apply a logo

The method depends on the material and on whether the mark needs colour. Both are done in Sudhama Nagar, so a correction stays in the same building.

Send the logo as a vector if you have one. If you only have a PNG, say so. We will tell you whether it is sharp enough before we promise a result. Names can be added where the process allows: a welcome card printed with the employee's name, or a laser-engraved name on metal, wood or vegan leather.

From a plain product to a branded piece

The mockup is a picture of your logo on the actual product, sent within 24 hours. It is not a stock illustration. The photographs below are real workshop pieces: a plain diary prepared for branding, and finished gifts with a logo already applied. They are not a staged before-and-after of one single unit. They show the two states you are choosing between.

What we customize

• Drinkware — insulated steel bottles, vacuum tumblers, glass bottles and bamboo flasks. Laser engraving is the usual choice on steel. UV printing is used where the surface needs colour.
• Diaries and notebooks — 2027 diaries and A5 notebooks. See corporate diaries and calendars 2027. Confirm diary orders with enough time before December if you need them for the new year; the diaries page states the confirm-by date.
• Tech — organisers, wireless chargers and small desk accessories that survive a year of use. The hero product in a kit should be the thing that stays on the desk.
• Bags and folios — jute totes, cork laptop bags and vegan leather folios.
• Boxes — rigid boxes, sleeves, tissue and a greeting card. The logo on the lid is the minimum. Brand colours on the tissue and a line on the insert are what make the unboxing look deliberate.
• Hampers — the box and suitable items inside a Diwali, Christmas or New Year hamper. Hamper ranges are on corporate gift hampers.

Quantity, price and what we will not guess

The minimum is 50 units. Kit budgets on the rest of the site run from ₹250 to ₹10,000 per kit, and most joining kits sit between ₹500 and ₹5,000. A single branded bottle or diary is priced on the mockup at your quantity, plus 18% GST. Diaries start at ₹133 + 18% GST on orders of 50 or more, with the logo included. Diwali hampers, if you want the logo on the box, run from ₹904 to ₹6,417 + 18% GST. Christmas hampers and New Year hampers are price on request (min. 50 units). We do not add a rupee price for those two seasons on this page.

Eco-friendly pieces, when the brief asks for jute, kraft or bamboo, are ₹150 to ₹2,500 per unit at volume, plus 18% GST. See eco-friendly corporate gifts.

Production starts on a 50% advance. The balance is due before dispatch. The invoice is a GST invoice from Saif Gifting Solutions LLP, GSTIN 29ADYFS6741D1ZE. How a customized order moves

2. Mockup within 24 hours. Your logo on the real product, with a per-unit price plus 18% GST. No design fee.
3. We print or engrave in Sudhama Nagar. UV, laser, or both. Photo updates as the batch moves. Joining-kit lead time is 5–7 business days after artwork approval. An urgent run from existing stock can dispatch in 2–3 days. Local Bengaluru orders typically dispatch the same week after approval.
4. Dispatch with tracking. One office, homes across India, or a split with the USA, UK or Europe. International shipping is DDP and takes 8–10 days, with commercial invoices, HS codes and EORI. See international corporate gifting.

Opening hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00. Sunday is closed. Event kits that need a logo on a short deadline are on event and expo gifting.

What is the minimum order for customized corporate gifts? 50 units. Different products can be combined in one order as long as the total is at least 50.

What does production cost to start? A 50 percent advance starts production. The balance is due before dispatch. Every order includes a GST invoice.

Can we see a sample with our logo? Physical samples are available on a chargeable basis before a bulk order. The 24-hour mockup shows your logo on the real product before you decide on a sample.
