Diwali vs Christmas Gifting Timeline
Diwali and Christmas fall close enough that one HR calendar has to hold both. This page is the timeline only. It compares dates, production and delivery. It does not compare which festival is “better”, and it does not rank hampers. Diwali prices below are the ones already published. Christmas and New Year stay price on request (min. 50 units).

Work backwards. If a Diwali hamper needs 10 working days after approval, the mockup has to be approved early enough to finish before 8 November, and the order itself has to be in by 31 October for pre-Diwali delivery. If a Christmas hamper must arrive by Christmas, the order has to be in by 10 December 2026. Add courier time on top of production. We do not publish a guaranteed transit time for every Indian city. Local Bengaluru orders typically dispatch the same week after approval.
Diwali, in order
Start with Diwali hampers with prices. Wellness Warmth is the ₹904 hamper: amla powder, Ajwa dates and a Happy Diwali candle, plus 18% GST. The top of the published list is ₹6,417 + 18% GST. Branding is a UV-printed logo on the box, or laser engraving on suitable items, plus a printed greeting card if you want one. You approve a mockup before production. There is no design fee for that mockup. It is ready within 24 hours. Production starts on a 50% advance. The balance is due before dispatch.
Christmas, in order
Christmas corporate gifts lists 35 hampers. Every one of them is price on request (min. 50 units). This page does not add a rupee figure. Order by 10 December 2026. You can mix hampers if the total is at least 50. The buying notes are in the Christmas corporate gifting guide.
The same workshop prints the logo and can add a greeting card. Photographs on the Christmas page show each hamper outside, inside and labelled, with generic product names. What to do if you need both
Run two briefs, not one blended quote. The Diwali brief carries published prices and the 31 October date. The Christmas brief carries “price on request (min. 50 units)” and the 10 December date. New Year, if you need it in the same season, is a third line: 6 hampers, price on request (min. 50 units), production 10 working days after mockup approval, on New Year corporate gifts. Diaries are a separate clock. 2027 diaries and calendars start at ₹133 + 18% GST on orders of 50 or more. Confirm India diary orders by 1 December, and overseas diary orders by 15 November.
If any address is outside India, add 8–10 days of DDP transit to the USA, the UK or Europe, and say so in the first message. Paperwork is commercial invoices, HS codes and EORI, described on international corporate gifting. A working order for the season
Start with the date that cannot move. For Diwali that is 8 November 2026, with the order in by 31 October if you want pre-Diwali delivery. For Christmas that is 25 December, with the order in by 10 December 2026. For a New Year desk gift, count 10 working days after the day you approve the mockup, then add courier time. Write those three dates on one sheet before you ask for prices.
Next, split the people. Employees, clients and any overseas office do not have to receive the same box, but they do have to be named now. A Diwali employee hamper and a Diwali client hamper can share an order of at least 50. A Christmas hamper cannot borrow a Diwali price. Leave the Christmas and New Year cells as “price on request (min. 50 units)” until the quote arrives.
Then book the mockup. It takes up to 24 hours, and there is no design fee. Approval is what starts the 10 working days on Diwali and New Year, after the 50% advance. The balance is due before dispatch. If the advance slips, the production clock has not started, and the festival date will not wait. GST is 18% on the published Diwali figures and on the Christmas and New Year quotes when they are issued. The invoice name is Saif Gifting Solutions LLP.
Finally, add the addresses. A Bengaluru office is the short lane. Homes in other cities need tracking and a complete pin code. An overseas office needs the extra 8–10 days. Do this before you approve artwork, because a greeting card that names the wrong city is as slow to fix as a late order.
