Planning timeline

15 November 2026 is a Sunday. The workshop is open Monday–Saturday, 10:00–18:00, and closed on Sunday, so send the overseas brief by Saturday 14 November for a same-day reply. The published confirmation date remains 15 November. 10 December 2026 is a Thursday. WhatsApp the budget, quantity, which addresses are in India, and the in-hand date. India and overseas on one order
One order of 50 units or more can be split across Indian addresses and overseas offices. Everyone receives the same kit, with the same branding. The minimum is 50 units for the order, not 50 per country. Orders run from 50 to 5,000 units. Put overseas addresses in the first brief so production and customs are planned together. International corporate gifting covers the commercial invoice, HS codes and EORI.
Build the address file before you confirm. For each person we need the name, mobile number, full address, country, and whether the drop is an office or a home. Home drops in India include tracking. Bulk office drops include proof-of-delivery photos. Bengaluru drops leave from Sudhama Nagar.
Overseas recipients pay nothing at the door. We ship DDP, so duties are settled before delivery. The commercial invoice, HS codes and EORI for UK and European deliveries are prepared in Bengaluru before dispatch. Each item in a mixed kit is classified under its own HS code. Proven routes are the USA, UK, Germany and the rest of Europe, including San Francisco, Fort Worth, London and Berlin, the same lanes used for Infosys conference kits and INMA World Congress gifting in Berlin. What to brief, by audience
Choose gifts the recipient will still use in January. You set the budget per person. Mockups compare the groups on the Christmas corporate gifts page. That page has no SKU list and no hamper price.
- Engraved desk and drinkware sets for client and leadership gifting. The logo is laser engraved into metal, wood or vegan leather.
- Diary, journal and pen sets for the new year, so one purchase order covers Christmas and early January. See 2027 corporate diaries and calendars.
- Festive hampers in branded rigid boxes with custom inserts, built to the budget you set for each tier. Contents and the per-unit price come back on the mockup.
- Coffee brew kits with a hand grinder, pour-over dripper, gooseneck kettle and canister in a fitted travel case.

Employees, clients and a shorter leadership list can share one purchase order. The minimum stays 50 units. If two options are close, choose what the person will still use in January. Country rules that affect a product are flagged on the mockup.
Budgets procurement can approve
Every quote is per unit plus 18% GST. Finance should approve the inclusive figure, then multiply by headcount. Above ₹50,000, a dedicated account manager takes the order.
Published kit budgets on this site run from ₹250 to ₹10,000 per kit, plus 18% GST, including event kits and Christmas gifts. A priced Christmas hamper catalogue is not published yet. Employee, client and leadership bands are yours to set.
Two published prices are safe when the gift is actually that product. 2027 diaries start at ₹133 per unit for orders of 50 or more, plus 18% GST, with logo branding included. ₹133 + 18% GST is ₹156.94 per diary. Eco-friendly pieces run from ₹150 to ₹2,500 per unit at volume, plus 18% GST, minimum 50. The most-ordered eco kit is a bamboo tumbler, a cork notebook and a seed pencil.
Diaries that cover Christmas and the new year
A diary stays on a desk after the holidays. Dated 2027 diaries suit day-planners and are best handed out in late December or early January. Around 85 designs are carried in executive A5 with a PU (vegan leather) cover. Names can be engraved beside the logo when the name list is in the brief. Branding and GST
UV printing, laser engraving and custom packaging happen under one roof in Sudhama Nagar. UV printing puts the logo in full colour on the box, diary or bottle. Laser engraving marks steel, glass, wood, metal and vegan leather. The logo can also go on the ribbon and the label, with a greeting card inside. You approve a mockup before production. We check the first pieces and send photo updates. December slots fill with year-end orders, which is why overseas orders are confirmed by 15 November and the India cutoff is Order by 10 December 2026 for Christmas delivery.
The same floor brands employee joining kits, which take 5–7 business days after artwork approval, or 2–3 days on ready stock. A custom Christmas order still takes 10 working days after mockup approval. Every order gets a GST invoice from Saif Gifting Solutions LLP, GSTIN 29ADYFS6741D1ZE.
