How to Choose Corporate Gifting Companies in Bangalore

Decide the brief before you ask for names
A vendor list is useless until the brief is fixed. Write four lines: who receives the gift, how many people, the budget per person, and the date the first box must arrive. HR writing a joining kit, admin sending a festival hamper, and procurement comparing a per-unit price are not the same order. If those four lines are blank, every company will send a catalogue and none of the quotes will match.
Also write where the boxes go. One office in Bengaluru is a different job from homes in several cities, and a different job again if any address is in the USA, the UK or Europe. Say that in the first message. A quote that assumes a single office drop will not survive a list of home addresses.
A checklist you can send to every company
Ask these questions in the same words, so the answers can sit side by side. Do not award points. If an answer is missing, ask again. If it stays missing, that quote is incomplete.

| Can you see a sample? | Ask if a physical sample exists, and if it is chargeable. A picture is not a sample. |
| Where will it be delivered? | One office, homes in the city, other Indian cities, or an overseas office. Ask for tracking, and for proof of delivery on a bulk drop. |
| Who replies, and when? | A named person, and the hours they actually read messages. |
| What happens if a piece is wrong? | Who reprints, and is that reprint in the same building? |
How to read two quotes without ranking the companies
Put the quotes in a sheet with one row per question above. Fill only what the vendor wrote. Leave a cell blank if they did not answer. The blank is the useful part. A lower per-unit number that excludes GST, excludes delivery to homes, or excludes the logo is not the same product as a higher number that includes them.
Do not convert the sheet into a league table. A 50-kit onboarding batch and a 5,000-unit event are different briefs. The sheet shows which quote matches the brief in front of you. It is not a league table of companies in Bangalore or in India.

You approve a mockup, with your logo on the real product, within 24 hours. There is no design fee at that stage.
The minimum on most products is 50 units. Orders run up to 5,000. Kit budgets published on the site run from ₹250 to ₹10,000 per kit, plus 18% GST. Production starts on a 50% advance. The balance is due before dispatch. Every order has a GST invoice from Saif Gifting Solutions LLP, GSTIN 29ADYFS6741D1ZE. Physical samples are chargeable. Once an order crosses ₹50,000, a dedicated account manager handles it.
Local Bengaluru orders typically dispatch the same week after mockup approval. That includes offices and homes in Whitefield, along the Outer Ring Road, in Electronic City, at Manyata and in Koramangala. We do not publish a separate transit time for each neighbourhood. Pan-India dispatch, with tracking, already includes individual addresses in cities such as Bhopal, Pune, Chennai, Kochi and Gurugram. Shipping to the USA, the UK and Europe is DDP and takes 8–10 days, with commercial invoices, HS codes and EORI handled.
